Description
Revelation Ale Works is an ultra-rural craft brewery, focused on doing beer and business a bit differently. Founded in 2017 in Hallock, MN, a town of 981 people, the revelation that craft beer can build communities is what drives us. Our family-friendly taproom has a constant rotation of 10 taps plus a couple more for house-made pop in the completely remodeled historic Johnson Standard building in the heart of downtown. We’re beyond excited to serve you by bringing great brews and community-minded business to rural Minnesota.

Aromas are a slightly muted blend of citrus, resin with a little tropical fruit. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet with decent body and carbonation. Finish is more bitter than sweet. Not bad but not great.

Aromas are citrus and resin hops with some cereal. Flavors are similar to nose, bitter with a bit of sweet in the back. Decent carbonation and okay body. Not a fan of session IPAs but this is okay, not great.

Sampled from the tap at First Draft MN. Pours a clear amber brown with a tan head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bourbon with notes of bread, light caramel and sweet grains underlying. Flavor is bourbon forward with some booze, sweet grains and light caramel supporting.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2021. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a slightly sweet citrus with some tropical fruits and a touch of pine backing. Flavor has citrus and light rind with tropical fruit and light sweet grains backing.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2021. Pours a hazy pinkish red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a tart slightly earthy raspberry with a bit of lactose and sweet grain backing. Flavor has slightly thin tart raspberry with a bit of sweet grain and lactose backing.

Can shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a cloudy pink grapefruit with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has grapefruit and tart blood orange with a creamy sweet grain note underlying. Flavor has creamy sweet grain with a sour grapefruit and blood orange growing throughout.
