Description
Revelation Ale Works is an ultra-rural craft brewery, focused on doing beer and business a bit differently. Founded in 2017 in Hallock, MN, a town of 981 people, the revelation that craft beer can build communities is what drives us. Our family-friendly taproom has a constant rotation of 10 taps plus a couple more for house-made pop in the completely remodeled historic Johnson Standard building in the heart of downtown. We’re beyond excited to serve you by bringing great brews and community-minded business to rural Minnesota.

From a can. Bohemian pilsner is one of my favorite style. This beer had an odd yeast character and the hops were too light in flavor and aroma, lacking the crisp bitterness of the Czech examples. The was a sweet flavor that does not work with this style.

Can shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy citrus and some sweet onion with a bit of biscuit backing. Flavor has dank citrus and sweet onion with light biscuit and papaya backing.

Mango is big here. Some green onion. Murky yellow pour with good head. Light body. Light finish, some hop tang. Tap at brewery.

Some initial pine aroma. Golden pour with ok head. Finish a little off - notes of bretta or something wild. Tap at brewery.

Keg at Sidestreet Grille, 8/9/20. Hazy salmon pink, thin frothy tan head, good retention. Aroma of tart cranberry, lemon, toast. Taste is cranberry, currant, caramel. Medium bodied, lingering tartness.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2020. Pours dark brown with a chocolate brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of oak, rye, sweet grains and a bit of bread note. Flavor has a boozy rye with some sweet dark grains and a bit of sweet bread backing.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2020. Pours a slightly hazy orangish pink with a slight red hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy plum, tart cranberry with a touch of creamy sweet grains backing. Flavor combines plum and tart cranberry well with a touch of creamy sweet grain supporting.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2019. Pours a cloudy orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dry citrus, a touch of tropical fruits, light vanilla and sweet grains underlying. Flavor has dry earthy citrus, tropical fruits, vanilla and some sweet grains in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2019. Pours a hazy earthy yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has some tropical fruits, a bit of orange juice with citrus and a light grain backbone. Flavor has tropical fruits, earthy citrus and a bit of sweet grain backing.
