Aroma has earthy tart peach and some bitter grapefruit with a light sweetness underlying. Flavor has some bitter grapefruit, tart peach a bit of rind and sweet grains underlying.

Sampled from nitro at First Draft. Pours black with a creamy brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a rich peanut butter supported by dark grains, light roast and a hint of chocolate. Flavor has sweet dark grains and peanut butter with a bit of chocolate underlying.

On tap at Grizzly’s. Pours a cloudy orange with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet wheat and blood orange with a touch of clove underlying. Flavor has sweet wheat and sweet blood orange with a bit of earthiness backing.

Draught at Red Cow. Hazy purple appearance, it looks like a milkshake. Blackberry in the aroma and flavor, and it is moderately tart. some sweet flavor as well. Looking forward to good things from this brewery.

Sampled from the tap at All Pints North 2017. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges . Aroma has a nice whiskey note with some light fruits, sweet wheat and a bit of graham cracker backing. Flavor is a bit more muddled with sweet grains, whiskey, cookie and Belgian yeast.
