6 week old can A: Poured a tall pillowy off white head atop a murky yellow body. Excellent retention and spotty lace. S: A fruity barrage of grapefruit, pineapple and a bit of tangerine and peach. Malty notes of wheat cracker and wafer cookie. T: Bittersweet with citrus pith, peach and pineapple hops. Cracker and biscuit malts bring balance. Sweet-tart ending. M: Light and well carbonated with a bit of feathery haze texture. O: A bit more sweetness than I prefer but that's common for hazies. Good flavor balance though. Better than expected.

2 month old pint can A: Poured clear deep gold with 1/2 of bubbly white head. Long retention and thick clumpy lacing. S: Bitter roasty black coffee over grassy herbal hops and lightly sweet grain. T: Twice bitter with coffee and herbal hops. Roast coffee goes well with the toasty malts. The grassy hops do seem to be the odd man out but a bit of caramel finally settles in and it sort of works. M: Medium body with average carbonation and a lightly sticky finish. O: I'm no fan of the style but interesting flavor balance makes this probably the best one I've had.

Lots of tangelo. Grapefruit. Booze and some florals. Golden orange pour with ok head. Definitely has a cheap soda type aroma. Sweet, boozy and caramel finish. Can.

12 ounce can from the Ingles across the street from my hotel. 9/18/20 Hazy orange, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of wheat, yeast, bubblegum, stone fruit. Taste is apricot, citrus, wheat. Medium bodied, decent balance, a little gummy. Solid.

4 week old can A: Poured a big pillow of frothy white atop a hazy pale yellow body. Good retention S: Muted scent of lemon and grapefruit zest and pith with sweet bread. T: Bitter and woody with the same citrus pith and zest as in the nose. Thin and somewhat seltzery but not so much so as to ruin it. Tart pithy aftertaste. M: Light and well carbonated with a lightly resinous finish. O: Not great but there's just enough here to make it worth a try.

2 month old pint can A: Poured way too much loose fast falling head atop a pale but heavily hazed chalky yellow body. Can does not mention haze but... S: Mainly tangerine citrus and zest with sweet bread underneath. T: Tart, bitter and sweet at once. Citrus zest and pith join biscuity malts for decent balance. Sweet funky tropicals and a hint of alcohol to finish. M: Tingly carbonation, fluffy texture and a wet finish. O: Does everything reasonably well but nothing really stands out.

2 month old pint can A: Dull murky brownish, almost gray with 1/2 of lasting froth. Looks like shitwater. Excellent head though, lasting throughout the glass. S: Muted tart citrus scent. T: Very fruity flavor burst with bitter citrus pith and zest along with tart pulp. Grapefruit is featured with some mango or melon notes coming in ahead of wheat cracker malts. M: Medium light with lowish carbonation and wet puckering finish. O: If you can stomach the look of this it's quite tasty, complex and worth trying.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a weizen glass. Clear orange with medium white head. Aroma is wheat esters, medium body, medium carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is blueberry and wheat esters. Pretty nice.

Undated can > wine glass A: Poured hard to a 1/4" beige head that fell fast but left lots of lace. Murky dark copper color. S: Light scent of earthy, leafy and spicy hops with toffee underneath. T: Bitter and tart with hints of orange and lemon joined by light roast. Tart fruit lingers along with a little wood. M: Lowish carbonation feels flabby but mostly dry roasty finish. O: A pretty good tasting brew but the low carbonation makes it seem a bit lifeless. Also noticed with other Bombshells, plus these women won't date their shit so points off.
