3 week old pint can A: Pale brown tea color with a tall crackling head that held up fairly well, leaving thin sheets of lace. S: Sweet caramel and toffee notes, dry grain and dried leaves. T: Spicy, sweet and grainy with a lingering dark fruit or prune note. M: Medium body, lowish carbonation and a fairly clean finish. O: Maybe a bit too sweet but overall pretty well balanced and tasty.

From a can this stuff makes a ton of foam in the glass, whew, over the top and down the sides goes the head.Maybe a tad of grapefruit on the nose. Drinken this the foam also explodes in your mouth, careful here, it may burst out your lips or thru your nose. This is a pretty good, yummy fun easy drinking beer, can't really pick out the hefe in here and the grapefruit is quite muted. When really cold, I found this to be a refreshing cutting bubbly brew that neither identified with shandy nor hefe, just fun overall civilized and somewhat mild light lager feel. Not bad, just not a hefe.
