On tap (sadly, not nitro) at the brewery. Black color, with a medium, tan head. The nose is molasses, bittersweet chocolate, cinnamon, and pecans. Mellow, sugary sweetness, with low bitterness. Medium to heavy body, syrupy, thick, and clean. This is a wonderfully smooth and tasty porter. Rich aromas and almost no off-putting roasted bitterness.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is ripe apple, rye, maraschino cherries, and toffee. The flavor is pretty sweet and grainy, with a lightly bitter finish. Medium body, sharp, and sticky. This is a very nice maibock, with good yeast character and smooth and balanced flavor.

On tap at the brewery. Pours light yellow, with a medium, white head and lots of lacing. The nose is strong banana, with some straw, butterscotch, and light lemon. Sweet and fruity, with good yeasty esters. Light body, creamy, and very clean. This is a light and crisp, very refreshing beer.

Growler from the brewery. Pours cloudy, pale yellow, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is hay, lemon peel, dust, and corn syrup. Very sweet and grainy, with a light bitterness. Light body, acidic, sharp, and a little dry. This saison is reasonably crisp and dry, but lacks complexity and depth.
