Copper color with a mild floral hop aroma. Taste is a nice balance of sweet caramel malt with a little wood flavor a long with floral and earthy mild bitterness. Good example of the style. Dry finish.

Unusual amber color for the style, aroma of cloves. Taste has the clove spice and mild sweetness of a Hefeweizen. Finishes with a mild funkiness characteristic of wheat beer. Missing the banana bread aroma and flavors.
