Clear dark brown beer, big creamy beige head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of diacetyl, dirty butter, slightly fruity, infected? MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very buttery, lots of diacetyl, unpleasant, dirty, soft roast, some coffee. Aftertaste: roasted, more butter, just no. This is bad.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2018. Very dark brown to black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, fruity-resiny aroma of chocolate, licorice, pine and some tropical fruits. Medium sweet, gently roasty, moderately bitter, quite fruity and slightly resiny taste of chocolate, coffee, licorice, tropical fruits, blueberry and pine, followed by a medium long, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly earthy-dry, gently resiny finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Tap at Borefts, 2018. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a round bubbly off white head. The aroma is big roasty malt, creamy lactose, guava. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a rich, roasty, tropical fruit, light liquorice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation and an oily mouthfeel.

Tap at Borefts. Almost black with light brown head. Dank weeds, soft cocoa, lime, coffee, light sweet malts, grassy. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit dry finish.

Hazy tan colour. Thin head. This has a bit of a plasticy character, with light alcohol. Sweet. OK, a bit sticky. Not much complexity and the underattentuation is an issue for me.
