Love the 500mL bottle, picked up at Full Throttle Bottle. Pours a pale color, clear, small head and no lacing. For a brewery that makes, how does one say, atypical beers and a beer that is supposed to have coconut and spices, its surprisingly tame. At first I don’t get much but then I do get a lot of spices. Not overpowering or anything but definitely a felt Indian spice character, not particularly coconut. Otherwise, a tame Belgian wit. Light, low hop, no ester, generic-y. Really, the Indian spices make the beer, just matter if you like this sort of spice. Interesting enough for me.

Draft 10 oz pour. Stop #6 for the on foot crawl. Not making it far, but that’s alright. First visit here. Totally different feel. Reddish pour with a bubble ring head. Mixed berry, tart aroma. Flavor is dominant mixed berry, blueberry, and a bit nutty as well. Wheat background and lingering finish. Pretty good, but missing the tart juicy fruit finish I love with the stye. Still quite impressive and solid start to a new era.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe, pours a cloudy opaque dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of oranges and candied sugar upfront, followed by floral and perfumey hops. Flavour is similar, with oranges, piney hops, and candied sugar. Fairly high residual sweetness. Has some good elements and some shit elements. Okay overall.

Draft at brewery. Looks like thick jam mixed with water. Deep dark red. Comes with big head but fizzles away quickly. This series really his it out of the ballpark. Lots of fruit, all natural, natural cherry sweetness, low aces c yet lots of tartness and lots of lactic, pitty, soft sourness. That is counterbalanced by strong, slightly stinging carbonation. Real fun beer.

Draft at brewery. Cloudy amber-brown color. Headless of draft. Makes sense when the body is low carbonated. It’s an all malt beer but it’s great. There is some esters and spice mixing that created this awesome melon-sugar-candy. Some residual sugars, some esters, and some fruity spice but they AL blend so lovely. Really digging it but it’s very me and I an see others hating it.

Draft at brewery. Had the strongest head of any previous beers. A hazy amber-brown color. Something is amiss here. Dry paper and dusty old grandma clothes. It’s the best way I can describe the feelings this flavor and aroma give me. Not sweet, low hop. Also, this style needs much less carbonation.

Draft at brewery. There is a thee in this beer. It’s a porter as opposed to a dry stout. Brown color. Very little roast. Some caramel and earth flavors. No ash, clean mineral American yeast and textured experience. A small clan woody and caramel beer. Not a stout but a decent beer.

Draft at brewery. Very clear, color is very pale. So, Mastic is sap. Hops are wacky, and it’s a British Ale yeast. All the makings of a lost beer. It’s not clean American yeast that showcases hops. The hops aren’t interesting. Then there is woodsy sap. I don’t know where all the woodsy and green flavors are a coming from but it’s no fun. Not sweet at least. Bad idea for a beer.
