I really appreciate what helltown is doing here but I was thinking that a beer for fundraising should be a little more acceptable to the masses as to raise as much cash as possible. This beer is simply a dead on terribly on style IPA. Yes, it is clean pale with a slight fruity nose but if you are a lager lover the pleasantness stops there. After you taste it you realize this is one big fat bitter IPA, whew. Nasty big giant palate wrecking brew. One thing tho that I noticed about this is that it is well made. It lacks any of the rude bitter phenolic astringent sensations so common in the mass if poorly made IPA out there. If you like IPA, you need to try this, especially fresh on tap, you will not be disappointed. Me and my numbers Forget them if you are an IPA lover, my taste buds are just a little to girlie towards the cheap pale lager side of beer. For now I'll inflate my numbers a little to avoid being a troll on the release of this beer.

Honey color with a medium sized foamy head that faded quickly. Earthy, leathery and piney. Long finish. Medium body.

Dark gold with a medium sized head. Dryish and grainy with a bit of perfume. Medium finish and body.

Hazy amber with a large foamy white head. Flat and muted with a hint of citrus. Medium finish and body .

Brown with a large foamy beige head. Woody, leathery and somewhat sweet. Medium finish and body.

Dark gold with a large foamy white head. Dry and grainy with faint perfumey hops. Medium finish. Light body.
