From tap at Southern Grist Brewing Company, Nashville. Juicy aroma with citrus, orange, grassy hops, soft tropical fruit and dank hops, pineapple. Modest bittersweetish flavour, medium body. Good fruit juice IPA, delicate.

From tap at Southern Grist Brewing Company, Nashville. Sweet chocolate aroma with lots of peanut butter, waffels, fudge, molasses, chocolate syrup, and chocolate cake. Very sweet with some roasty bitterness. Body is full. Rich, syrupy peanut, bit too much I think but overall I like it.

From tap at Southern Grist Brewing Company, Nashville. Huge espresso aroma with beany coffee, cocoa, milk chocolate, chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake, mocha, fudge, peanut butter. Flavour is sweet and a bit roasty bitter. Body is full. Brilliant, much better than the base beer, no syrupy molasses and less peanut butter in favour of loads of espresso.

Aroma is lots of lime juice with 'Caribbean tropical island spices' (my best shot at identifying these spices), herbal, soft wheat, zesty citrus, cinnamon, and dough. Nicely tart and sourish, light sweet. Body is medium. Bright and tropical, the spices work well with the citrussy lime.

From tap at Southern Grist Brewing Company, Nashville. Milk chocolate and cocoa with vanilla, creamy milk, fruity hops, fudge, citrus. Bittersweet flavour, medium body. Pastry flavours and IPA at war with each other. Interesting and fairly tasty but kinda clashing rather than complimentary.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A light haze on this slightly dirty looking gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine carbonation. Soft light pale malts bring a smooth creamy sweetness, a slight cereal vibe but, in a very natural way, not at all annoying. Smooth soft cooling pine overlays a very slightly sweet and very slightly ripe citrus and tropical fruits melange. Mango and ripe tangerine and mandarin are probably the most dominant flavours. A light finish leaves a particularly mild but, detectable hop spice. Pretty drinkable.

Nose is ripe dark fruits, chocolate, spice, big bourbon blast, molasses, dried fruit esters, raisins.
Taste comprises chocolate pot, brown sugar melt, ripe old bourbon, spice, figs, dates, raisins, toffee fudge.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Top drawer BA impy ... sips fine!
