In September 2018, I did a quick 30 minute stop-in when returning from Gettysburg to a flight (that I almost missed). Loved everything about this brewery and their concept. Look forward to returning with more time some day. This was the highest scorer of the bunch.

16oz can pours a murky, dark orange with some sticky, white head. Nice nose, lemony, grainy nose, malt, caramel, orange, some candy. Flavor follows, nice, grainy, malt, caramel, Maris Otter is right there, lemon, orange candy. Finishes full bodied, off dry. 8 3 7 3 13

Draft at Vanish. Poured a very dark brown color with a small white head. Dark chocolate, roasted notes, light sweet milk chocolate. Sweet notes, roasty character. I got some milk chocolate and coffee.

Draft at Vanish. Poured a dark, ruby red color with a small white head. Light barrel character, sweet, boozy notes from the barrel. Okay, perhaps too much barrel.

Draft at Vanish. Poured a clear copper color with a small white head. Aroma was light grassy notes, sweet, bold malts. Light grain. Crisp, easy to drink.

Draft at Vanish. Poured a clear yellowish color with a small white head. Aroma was light spice, some floral hops, citrus. Flavor was a bit more malt-forward than I expected. Mild resin.

Draft at Vanish. Poured a very opaque purple color with a small off-white head. Aroma was a lot of blueberry. Flavor was light tartness, with some sour fruit. Lots of berry. Almost like pureed jam.
