Bottle from Tavour. Not a huge fan sours, but this one is very close to the Belgian style. Dark, clear amber, small bubbly head fades to flat. Sour cherries, apples, wine like aroma. Taste is also the above mentioned fruits, witb a gentle tartness. Dries out at the finish, and leaves a light coat on the palate.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a golden color with a large creamy yellow-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was earthy and leafy hops. The flavor was mildly bitter and somewhat sweet with light earthy, leafy and piney hops. Long finish. Medium body.
