Looks like a pale ale with a little bit of coffee added. Smells like peppery coffee. Taste is quite unique, just like the description, its a sour ale with coffee. Tartness makes this so interesting above and beyond a coffee beer. Very good combination, much better than expected. Yes, wild & coffee, yum.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a very dark brown color with orange highlights and a medium sized foamy beige head that left great lacing. The aroma was sweet with notes of butterscotch and caramel. The flavor was coconut, toasted caramel, butterscotch and something that reminded me of the buttered popcorn flavor Jelly Belly. Long finish of caramel and butterscotch. Medium body. Solid.
