Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky yellow-gold color with a small yellow-white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was vague spice, bread crust and clove. The flavor was slightly bitter and dryish with notes of wheat, spice, clove, banana, bread crust and pepper. Long finish. Medium body. Decent.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that left no lacing. The aroma was faint with ginger powder and a hint of lemon. The flavor was ginger powder and a little bit of bread and cracker. Medium length ginger powder finish. Medium body. Pleasant.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with a medium sized creamy yellow-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was pine, cactus and catbox. The flavor was tangy and very sweet with pine, cactus and catbox. Long hoppy finish. Moderately full bodied. Ok.

500 ml bottle. Pours a darkish copper color, almost orange, with small white head. A light woody sour fruit nose. The flavor is mild brett, woody, vanilla, overripe grapes. The wine barrel is clear. Interesting. Sort of simple.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a red-amber color with a medium sized creamy beige head that left decent lacing. The aroma was faint but tangy and a bit sour with vague dark fruits. The flavor was odd, herbal and medicinal with cherry, plum booze, yeast and red sweedish fish. Odd long medicinal, herbal and cherry finish. Medium body but a bit flat. Odd.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky amber-tan color with a huge creamy off white head that left incredible lacing. The aroma was pine, evergreen, a bit of catbox and tropical fruits. The flavor was bitter yet sweet and tangy with pine, evergreen, moderate tropical fruits and a hint of pepper. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a black color with a large creamy beige head that left good lacing. The aroma was coffee, roasty malts and a hint of smoke. The flavor was bitterish and dryish with coffee, vanilla and a hint of cream. Medium length finish. Medium body and very smooth. Ok.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark golden color with a large foamy white head that faded and left minimal lacing. The aroma was sweet sugar, yeast, golden fruits and a bit of booze. The flavor was tangy and sweet sugar, golden fruits, bread dough and booze. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Well done.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a very dark brown color with a large foamy beige head that faded and left minimal lacing. The aroma was coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg and pie crust. The flavor was brewed coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, roasty malts and a hint of vanilla. Long brewed coffee and spice finish. Medium body. Odd but interesting.

The flavor was tart cherries, toasty malts and hints of wood, nut and toffee. Long tart cherry and malt finish. Medium body. Decent.
