Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with a small foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was strong hot peppers. The flavor was strong hot peppers with a tangy and sweetish undertone and a good amount of pepper burn. Very long hot pepper and pepper burn finish. Light to medium body. Pretty good for a pepper beer.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky brown color with a medium sized foamy beige head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was malty and woody with dark fruits and a bit of pretzel dough. The flavor was bitter and tangy with cherry, wood, a hint of nut and bread dough. Medium cherry and bread dough finish. Medium body. Ok.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a cloudy bright yellow-gold color with a large foamy white head that left incredible lacing. The aroma was dryish and tart with notes of citrus, pine and a hint of perfume. The flavor was tangy and malty with citrus, pepper and touches of pine, tropical fruits and perfume. Medium length hoppy finish. Medium body. Pleasant.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy orange-caramel color with a large creamy orange-tan head that left incredible lacing. The aroma was faint fruity hops and was a touch herbal. The flavor was bitter with vague fruity hops and a bit of malt and caramel. Medium length finish. Medium body. Bland.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky yellow-gold color with a large creamy orange-white head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was tart and citric with grapefruit and a touch of pine. The flavor was tart, bitter, thin and a bit astringent with notes of grapefruit and lemon. Long finish. Light and watery body. Disappointing.

The flavor was bitter and tart orange, must, dust, pepper and bread. Long finish that turns a bit dry. Medium body. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a black color with a large foamy tan head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was toasty and roasty with wood, vanilla and cocoa. The flavor was toasty wood, anise, cocoa, vanilla cream and a hint of fruity hops. Long finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth. Excellent.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a very dark brown color with a medium sized creamy tan head that left good lacing. The aroma was dry, roasty, woody and coffee. The flavor was bitter, dry and roasty with wood and coffee notes. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy golden-orange color with a medium sized creamy orange-white head that left good lacing. The aroma was faint fruity hops and pine with a skunky note. The flavor was tagny, skunky and off with perfume, citrus and pine underneath. Long finish. Medium body. Something was not right with this one.

The aroma was tangy and sour with dark fruits and nut. The flavor was bitter, nutty and malty with dark fruits underneath. Long nut and dark fruit finish. Medium body. Solid.
