12oz bottle pours a clear brown with some clumpy, white head. Nose has caramel, almond skin, malt, a little cookie. Flavor is sweet, chewy malt, mild nut. Dry finish.

Pint at a restaurant in Kanab/Utah. Murky pale yellow in the glass, small head. Apricot on the nose, little bit wheat. Taste starts with apricot, also some wheat and yeast with low banana and chewing gum in the second row. Increasing wheat in the middle part, fruity and high carbonated. An ambivalent one. But okay.

Bottle pour at the May 1st DC Tasting. Poured an almost translucent brown color with a small off-white head. Aroma was very thin malts, light nutty notes. Flavor was nutty, light toasted brown. Thin.

Black. Low carbonation and not much head. Some pumpkin pie spices, and the roasted character is prominent. Palate is a little thin. Dry. Not as sweet as many pumpkin beers.
