Growler at RBSG Lobby Share. Pours a hazy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is salt, strawberry seed, funk. Thin, salt, light fruit, funky, good.

Growler - Cinnamon? Clove? Earthy caramel notes. Clear copper with almost no head. Heat and bitterness with the same odd notes.

Growler - Salty strawberry and some soap. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Bart strawberry and salt with some soap. Nice.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is peppery with some yeast ester and vanilla. I would have to think sorachi ace hops are used in this beer because the flavor is a mix of lemon grass and butter with some pepper and chamomile. This was a fine saison, plenty of flavor from the ingredients and the yeast give this a pop of white pepper.
