Had this on tap at the source. Was on a tour thru laurel highlands for 2 days and came across this chestnut place. Nice pinkish brown look, makes me want to try it. First taste is zesty. Tart, refreshing and fun, fersher. Can barely taste the booze but its there. In the middle I detect a little bit of typical dull beer feeling hiding in the background. No real nose that my olfactory can pick up. With the finish approaching, you need to watch the consumption; you just want to drink it down like fine real fruit juice. Liking this. Yea, in the end, its a pretty good domestic example of a local attempt on wild or sour beer. Satisfying. Thanks C-nut.

OK, got this from the source and its a $5 pounder can. I assume its pale yellow because its a kolsch since I drank it right from the can. It does tend to have a slight astringent bitter character to it. Otherwise its quite well behaved. Decent, like many domestic kolsch. Not bad overall but could use a few manners.

OK, on the menu it just says hazy IPA, but I guess its hoption as looking at the website beer menu. Typical mild perfume hop aroma. Not as hazy as a real hazy IPA. Very bitter on the uptake. A little bit of rubber inner tube in the reminiscence. I'm thinking its rather flat as well as mouthcoating. What else could be asked for in an IPA: Terribly on style. Possibly could pass as an impy bitter double, LOL. Look, don't be pissed; if my numbers are low and you are an IPA lover, your number is high. Figger that one out.

Tap at source. Pale with a slight haze. Nose is tiny barleywine perfume on olfactory. Taste certainly is boozy but it still approaches what the old country does. Fairly flat. Not bad, even starts to be civilized. Unlike most bullshit domestic triples , this stuff really does excell. I found it rather acceptable for its ABV.
