4pack bought at Liquor Shed. No dating.
Pours a very slightly hazy straw yellow with an inch of foam after the initial pour.
2 basic aromas here. Bread and a strongly resembling smell of noble hops, that really isn't German or Bohemian.
The delicious hoppiness glides through from start to finish. Bready malt interjects itself intermittently and adds a nice touch.
Body is substantial for a beer of 4%abv.
I'll be drinking this beer until there's none left on the shelves!

On draft at the Pub and Eatery. Pours black with a tan head. Aromas of sweet potatoes and whiskey. Flavors are sweet licorice and a hint of chocolate. Definitely an improvement over the non barrel aged version.

16 ounce Prowler bought at Liquor Shed.
It pours a 24k gold, clear, a half inch of foam with a vigorous pour. Pretty good lacing for such a small offering of foam.
The smell is tart. Fruity, I'm guessing blackberries and more sure of grapes, acetic, a wee bit of a hint of Brett but that could be imaginary on my part.
The taste mirrors the smell except there is no hint of Brett and is replaced by a hint of..cinnamon? Again, I'm not sure but I am sure that I like what this beer presents to my palate.
Good mouthfeel. Good sipping sour.
