Savor: pours cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma is fruity and yeasty. Taste is sweet, boozy. Hits pretty hard to be honest. Honey and sugar aftertaste.

$7.00 for the 32 ounce Howler. Bought at Liquor Shed.
It pours black with a small quickly dissipating head of tan foam, no lacing to speak of.
Smells of smooth roasted malt, dark chocolate that isn't big with the bitterness, nice compliment of bourbon.
Some light sweet notes to add to what I mentioned in the smell. All of the flavours seem to be working in unison to make it so smooth and the alcohol isn't very intrusive.
Medium bodied with light carbonation.
Excellent!

On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom.
Pours a hazy orange gold, fairly long lasting head of foam, good lacing.
I get cloves, a buttload of candi sugar, it's yeasty and strong with the alcohol.
The taste has lots of candi sugar but surprisingly, it isn't overly sweet. Cloves, yeasty, lots of warming in the swallow, noticeable in the taste as well.
Medium bodied, medium carbonation.
Definitely a sipper but enjoyable.

On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom.
Pours a slightly hazy straw gold, foam is good, lacing is good.
Smell is pretty strong with the cloves, I detect some hop bitterness, bits of a fruity presence.
Taste is lighter than I expected. Cloves are there, hints of bananas, a bit of grass. Very light body that gets a tad watery.
Not my favourite American brewed Saison.

On draught at Wyoming Ale Works.
Pours a medium gold, small head of foam, good lacing for what the foam looks like.
Smells of light grain, cracker malt, kinda fruity hoppy.
Taste is light grain, hoppy as in somewhat grassy, hint of fruity. Pretty nice balance going on.
Fairly light bodied.
Whoa, $8 for a 16 ounce pint?
Took a while before I realized that there's a clove taste here. Additional enjoyment involved.

On draft at the brewery tap room. Pours a hazy straw with an off white head. Aroma of tropical fruit jam. Flavors are moderate bitter juicy fruit. This is Roadhouse's take on New England style IPA, and they absolutely nailed it. Delicious and no lines!

Sampled at the brewery, courtesy of head brewer Max Shafer. With such a high abv, this beer is, not surprisingly pretty sweet, but quite complex. Aromas include caramel, rum and vanilla, with sweet candi sugar flavors..The finish is sweet and boozy.

I was given the opportunity to sample this wonderful beer by the head brewer, Max Shafer, who described it as a barrel-aged version of their Dreaded Beast imperial stout. I think he really hit this one out of the park, with aromas of bourbon oak and dark pit fruits and bitter roast flavors. All of the flavor complexity neatly conceals the fairly high abv, making this a beer worth savoring.
