Draft. Yellow body with a short white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of spice, clove, toasted grain, pepper. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Like so many other American saisons — overly sweet and spiced up. Any Belgian yeast mustiness or subtleties are MIA.

On nitro draft at Local Restaurant in Jackson WY. Pours black with a creamy tan head. Aroma of chocolate. Smoky flavor with some coffee notes. Smooth and luscious mouthfeel.
