The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, rich, malty, juicy orange citrus, dry mineral, light hop spicy, big hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can on the 'Balaton - NO Brush' charter train from Fonyod back to Budapest Deli, picked up from Beer Selection, Budapest, 10/06/23. Hazed orange topped with an off white cap. Nose is mixed citric zest, grass, herb, soured fruit esters. Taste comprises grass, lemon rind, on the turn mango, papaya, green berry must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Decent refresher.

Can on the 'Balaton - NO Brush' charter train from Fonyod back to Budapest Deli, picked up from Beer Selection, Budapest, 10/06/23. Black with a good sized tan head. Nose is chocolate, nutty, bubblegum, dark malts, hint of vanilla. Taste comprises rocky roads, sweet edged, chocolate, dark malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay but lacking depth for the ABV.

Közepes, tartós hab, zavaros állag, barna szín. Kakaós, mézes, gyömbéres, őszibarackos illat. Gyömbéres, kakaós, őszibarackos, fahéjas ízek, mézes és enyhe kávés aromákkal. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, nem keserű. Borzalmas a kinézete, az íze… hát, nem is tudom, nem sör, az biztos, inkább valami turmix.

Nagy, de gyorsan elillanó hab, sűrű, répalé színű ital. Illatában a gyömbér dominál, mellette virágos-mézes, barackos komponensek érezhetők. Gyömbéres, mézes, barackos, mangós ízek, a háttérben egy pici rozmaringgal, lecsengéskor pedig egy kis melegséggel az alkoholtól. Enyhén savanykás, testes, enyhén szénsavas, csak leheletnyit kesernyés, az is inkább a gyömbértől. Hál istennek a gyömbér nem nyom el mindent, de még így is domináns. Inkább egy smoothie, mint sör.
