Pours slightly cloudy with a medium sized off-white head, some lacing. Aroma is fruity, bisquity, caramel and black pepper. Flavor of toasted malts, caramel, dried fruit with a mild bitterness

Pours clear golden with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors are grassy, citrus with a mild bitterness
Very nice and tasty. Dry finish is wanting you to take another sip.

[1/30/16] Bottle sample at the Encomium bottle share, after RateBeer Best awards ceremony at Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel in Santa Rosa. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Hazy yellow. Overripe fruity hoppy aroma with spiciness, fruits, yeast. Flavor as yeast, light tartness, fruity hops, bitterish finish.

Bottle from the brewer at RBWG. It pours a burnt orange color with an off white head. The aroma has some berry-like fruit with some bread and peach. The flavor is strong and sweet. Caramel, peach and floral hops. Thick bodied. It has good balance between sweet maltiness and strong hop character. Pretty good.

Bottle shared during RBWG. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy white head. Citrusy hops in the nose, light pine. Medium sweet flavor, some orange, bread, pine, rind. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Rindy finish, some orange, tangerine. Not bad.

Bottle shared during RBWG 2016. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a frothy white head. Plenty of saison yeast in the nose, some doughy white bread, hay. Medium sweet flavor with more yeast, doughy bread, lemon meringue pie, straw. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, sweet, with lingering dough bread, yeast, mild citrus. Not bad.
