On tap at the brewery. The server told me this was the "Proper", but said they have had on tap since opening. But the recipe has been "tweaked". He called it a Pale ale, which is what is tasted like
Cloudy golden with a small off-white head and some lacing. Aroma and tastes of pale malts and citrus
Nice and clean

On tap at the brewery. Interesting to compare this to Rio’s rye while he was at Epic. Obviously, a lower gravity brew. Pours a deep copper color with a medium white head. A light spicy and grainy nose. The flavor is clean, smooth malty with a bit of pale ale in it added to some spicy rye. Earthy at times, with some light fruity rye and hops. Quite nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy deep brown color with a medium light beige head. A big malty nose with light toffee and some spice. The flavor is mostly toward a traditional malty sweet Brown with toffee, caramel, toasted malts, but a light Belgian yeast adds some spice and fruity esters. Nice. Very drinkable. Would be great on cask.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy red/golden color with a medium white head, quite cloudy. The aroma is a nice light fruity hop nose with some earthy malts. The flavor is a nice showcase of mostly fruity/orange hops, bitterness is there, a bit chewy. Earthy mellow malt balance. Nice, a good session IPA.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub the day after they were allowed to finally sell their own beer. It pours with a clear gold body that supports a thin white head. The aroma is fruit-o-plenty with apple and fig and some pear sweet estery notes as well as a mild honey and sweet wheat sensation in the background. The taste is similar but has a nice balance with a carbonation enhancement that sends up a bit of something not so sweet. Not sure what that is but I like how it cuts the sweet esters and sugary malt sweetened wheat notes.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub the day after they were allowed to finally sell their own beer. This nitro pour has a deep dark body that supports a nearly creamy mocha head of foam. The aroma offers up dark roasted to burnt malts as well a faint sweet maltiness. The taste is similar with fairly rich and deep dark roasted maltiness to burnt malts backed up by a pleasing somewhat sweet maltiness. Peeking thru at times is a bit of highly roasted malt acidic to astringent notes that play very well into the experience. Nice flavor and depth and yes, this is a tap offering in Utah/mormon-country so it must be 4% or lower.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub the day after they were allowed to finally sell their own beer. It pours with an opaque copper to gold body with a lasting off white head of foam. The aroma has sweet peach and apricot like esters mixing with earthy and slightly tea like spicy hops. The taste is nice and hoppy with yummy East Kent Goldings goodness like floral and earthy tea hop flavor and some hop bitterness in the background. Behind the hops are the sweet fruity esters that offer up various sweet fruitiness. Very tasty and rich for a 4%-er.

On tap at the brewery. A cool brew, very easy to drink. Pours a light amber color with a medium white head. A sweet phenolic nose with spices and banana. A floral hop bite, some bubblegum, banana, light pepper and spices, earthy. Very mellow and drinkable.

A kind of interesting blend between a pale and a golden ale. Pours a cloudy orange color with a large white head. A sweet nose of fruity hops and light esters. The flavor is dominated by light fruity hops, some yeasty spices and caramel malts. Nice.
