We opened the doors to our humble brewery in North Lake Tahoe back in 2014 with a commitment to world-class beer, community-building, and good times for all! Today our public houses in Incline Village, NV and Truckee, CA are welcoming community hubs with a laid-back mountain vibe where happy people gather for fresh beer, tasty food, live music, and special events. Our easy-drinking, award-winning beers are all brewed with pure Lake Tahoe water and we’ve been voted “Best Brewery” by locals in Tahoe/Truckee nine times.

Very nicely done for something I would have thought was too gimmicky. Cinnamon and apples. Light bourbon, barely detectable. Some pecan. Very nice. Pours clear maroon without much head or lacing. Tangy sweet end. Tap at brewery.

Tangy wine and peach which integrate pretty well. Tangy with some grapefruit. Hazy orange with good head. Quite sour but still quite flavorful and nice. Tap at brewery.

08/28/18, has aged.... Not well? It's more golden than stout now I think. Vanilla is mellowed out too. Mix a blonde ale with a milk stout and you get this. Eh. Last time I had this I went on a Brut IPA hype vs white stout moot rant, not sure anymore

Can from Tavour. Nose is lots of roasty coffee. Lightly hazy orange with a medium off white head. Flavor is lightly sweet and roasty with a hint of fruitiness.

Bottle. Pours clear black, small tan head, decent lacing. Aroma is bourbon, cocoa, molasses. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter, a bit harsh, molasses. Medium body.

Tap, from backlog. Pours lightly hazy pale golden, small white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is super light, hints of grass, guava, mango. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Light plus body, soft mouthfeel.
