Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours very dark brown with deep orange glints. Tan head. Med minus body. Flavor is suggesting a little chocolate with some light floral and spice. Making me think of some darker English milds. It’s smooth and so good I could forget it’s a wheat. Nice.

Tap at The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours nearly black with a creamy/foamy 4 finger light tan head. Light chocolate and malt aroma. Med body, or nearly. Flavor is malty, somewhat nutty and chocolatey. Finishes not very bitter and moving towards dry. Nice.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pour light gold with a white head. Earthy, yeasty aroma. Near med body. Flavor reminds of a tripel. Mild earth and fruit esters. Mildly papery towards the finish. Finishes dry and mildly fruity. Earthy too. Maybe a banana hint.

Tap as Belgian Style Abbey Ale (6%) at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark amber with a white head. Aroma of roast malt with mild fruit esters. Med + body. Flavor matches aroma, but I get suggestions of citrus and chocolate. Flavors move around, but seem to settle on malt and fruit esters. Finishes towards bitter.
