(On tap) Pitch black and opaque with a small, light brown head. Malty, lightly burned aroma. Flavour is malty and burned, but not overwhelmingly bitter - there’s a marked, underlying sweetness. Notes of coffee - distinct notes. Very soft and accessible stout. 041005

A beutiful orange beer with a very slight haze and a thin beige head. The aroma is fruity with notes of walnut as well as other nuts, but also a slitght note of minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of minerals - especially calcium, but also light fruit notes - oranges and peaches showing off, and with a dry bitter calcium end. A good remake of a Bitter from Burton - but the minerals are too distinct for my liking.

(On tap) Beautiful, clear amber with a nice, creamy head. Malty aroma with some lightly flowery notes. Rather light-bodied with some lovely fruity notes. Surprisingly sweet, malty character with a rather high carbonation and almost no bitterness. Certainly not your typical Bitter. (On tap) Completely black with a weak reddish hue. Very small off-white head. Roasted - slightly burned - aroma. Fruity, berry-like flavours with light notes of burned malt. No real bitterness. Very pleasant if not exactly traditional Schwarzbier. 041005

(On tap) Hazy golden beer with a small, white head. Aroma of yeast and citrus and a weird off-aroma. Light citrusy flavour, cannot detect any coriander. And again a weird tang also in the flavour. Somewhat unclean. 041005

(On tap) Pale pink colour - almost like Lambrusco - with a thick, vaguely pink head. Distinct scent of raspberries. Actually quite fresh and not really sweet - a good choice for a summer beer. The base beer is the house Belgian wit - Stuykmann - with raspberry pulp added and no extra sugars. And a special thanks to brewmaster Anders Kissmeyer who poured this directly from the tank. 280605

(On tap) 7,2% ABV in the festival version. Pilsener golden, filtered, with a small, creamy head. Distinct underlying honey sweetness and a very smooth and delicious mouth feel. Spiced with grains of paradise and lemon peel. High quality Belgian blond ale. 210505

(On tap) Yet another attempt at a fruit beer from Nørrebro - or is it just another failed beer rescued by the addition of fruit syrup? No matter what this comes out rather successfully. The base beer is an acidic wheat with added peach syrup. Pronounced peachy flavours, fruity and fresh with a distinct tartness to balance the fruit’s sweetness. No bitterness. A nice quencher. 100405

(On tap) Deep amber colour, clear and filtered with a light brown head. Extreme bitterness from the loads of hops used here - my tongue feels numb after having this beer, and I presume I’ll be able to taste this the whole evening, probably the whole night too. It’s a great tasting beer, but the hops kills it’s more subtle features. Probably every hophead’s delight - but I’m more a malt person. 101004
