Approximately 4 oz taster glass draft at the Stockyards Brewing Co in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a murky yellow white with a small foamy white head. The aroma is bananas, bubble gum and a bit of wheat grain. The taste is the Hefe notes of banana and bubble gum, as well as the wheat and some additional clove. The palate is medium bodied, unfiltered, soft carbonation softly sweet yeast finish. Well made and tasty.

Approximately 4 oz taster glass draft at the Stockyards Brewing Co in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with minimal egg white head. The aroma is floral, sweetish and general spice Saison yeast. The taste is sweet floral, bit of grain and finishes with clove and spice yeast. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation and lingering sweet yeast finish. Very much what I think of as an American style Saison. Solid.

Approximately 4 oz taster glass draft at the Stockyards Brewing Co in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear golden with a small wisp of white head. The aroma is toasted malt soft floral and pleasant yeast. The taste follows the nose, with a nice blend of the toasted cereal grain malt and the floral yeast. The palate is medium to light bodied with natural carbonation and a clean dry finish. Nice Alt, which you don’t see very often.

Approximately 4 oz taster glass draft at the Stockyards Brewing Co in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a black brown, mostly hazed with a small light tan head. The aroma is roast along with floral and pine hop. The taste is bright roast flavors right away, moving towards the clean and fresh hop of pine and floral. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and roast and mineral in the crisp finish. Straight forward Black IPA, well executed.
