$9.99 bomber, Wine Warehouse. Pours slightly hazy peach with a dusting of a head. Aroma is mushy stone fruit, hair tonic, alcohol, clove, yeast. Flavor is ripe/overripe peach and apricot, underripe nectarine, banana, clove, yeast, rubbing alcohol. I want to like this, but there's a strong booziness that tastes like vodka or rubbing alcohol.

Actually works decently, and I'm not usually a fan of wine barrel beers. Dark brown pour with decent head. Tangy finish. Bottle.

Fairly crisp golden and light peach coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of pineapple, citrus, grain, resin, alcohol and a fairly large dose of pungent bittered biscuity malts. Medium-bodied; Super deep alcohol flavour at first with a lot of potency and pungency with a ton of hop flavours that shows tropical fruits, citrus, resin and a lot of floral flavours. Aftertaste shows the fruit flavours at first with a lot of pineapple, guava and mango notes, but the malt hits hard afterwards and leaves a ton of bitterness and astringency in its wake. Overall, a decent enough beer with a lot of hop flavours and astringency that don't make this incredibly easy-to-drink, but also show some metallic and harsher tones towards the end, but a few bright notes make this a bit more easy from the fruits and light sweetness. I sampled this sixteen-ounce, pint-sized can purchased from Total Wine in Manassas, Virginia on 31-January-2018 for US$4,49 sampled on the train from Washington to New York on 17-March-2018, Saint Patrick's Day!

500ml bottle, shared by DCLawyer. Thanks Jason! Poured a nearly pitch black color, virtually totally opaque except for around the edges of the glass. Very small tan head. Aroma was a ton of roasted malts, bitter, dark chocolate and some coconut. Flavor was light vanilla wood, with lots of bitter chocolate in this one. Bitter finish.

50cl bottle pours a murky black with some spitty head. Nose has malt, molasses, roast, some coffee grounds but lots and lots of coconut. Flavor is the same, sweet malts and nougat and molasses, but just tons of coconut. On the verge of a hand lotion kind of thing. Full bodied, sweet and sticky. If you like a coconut bomb, then get this. To me, it's imbalanced.
