10 oz goblet draft at Martin City at Mission Farms in Leawood, Kansas. The pour is a hazed orange golden with a two inch billowy white head. The aroma is fresh floral hops and some general funk. The taste is the funk, dry leather balanced with the floral hop. Clean and tasty. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and a dry finish. As mentioned in the description, this felt very much like a Brett beer.

12 oz goblet draft at The Burg & Barrel in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a hazed, murky orange yellow with a white head. The aroma is citrus hop, softly resin, tangerine peach fruit sweet and a bit of cereal malt behind the hop. The taste is clean fresh fruit and citrus up-front, moving towards the malt backbone. The palate is medium bodied, unfiltered mouth feel, silky, and then finish clean and dry with the citrus. Really solid take on the style, I enjoyed this.

Shaker pint draft at Rock & Brews in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a slight haze copper orange with a small foamy white head. Nice lace left behind as beer drinks down. The aroma is lemon citrus and orange fruit, along with a touch of cracker malt. The taste is clean and fresh, mostly the citrus hops, though softly sweet with the fruit and the cracker malt. The palate is light bodied, active natural carbonation and softly bitter clean dry finish. Some mineral in the after taste. Nice one.

25.4 oz bottle purchased at Martin City Brewing Company Pizza & Tap in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear golden with a small white head that immediately goes away. The aroma is cherry fruit, soft vinegar sour, and a hint of straw floral. The taste is the softly cherry sweet fruit with well integrated acidic tart and a cider character. The palate is medium bodied with soft to low carbonation and a mouth-coating clean cherry acidic finish. This was really tasty, hope they do natural yeast / fermentation beers.

Can from Tavour Rich copper color with great clarity and a thin tan head that dissipates quickly. Heavy clove light pepper on the nose with bits of dark dried fruit and faint brown sugar. More spicy than fruity in fact its a bit too spicy in my opinion with bits of alcohol warming/burning at the end. Decent Sipper.
