Can pour from Total Wine & More, Brentwood. Opaque black with thin head, poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong coffee, vanilla and chocolate. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy, thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Adjuncts are all represented and in good balance, but base brown is somewhat lost. Tasty.

Taste is strong sweet malt, chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla, bourbon w/mild alcohol. Smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste. Bourbon is a bit strong. Age would likely help.

Taste is strong bourbon over sweet malt, vanilla. Smooth, frothy, thick texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste, no sign of alcohol. Bourbon is a bit overwhelming to the base.
