12 ounce can courtesy of TheHOFF43. Hazy golden, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of grainy malt, floral and tinny hops. The taste is doughy, buttery malt, citrus hops, mild metallic notes and buttered popcorn. Thin bodied, moderate carbonation, strong lingering bitterness. Needs dialing in.

Really good double IPA. Pours a clear golden-copper, with mid-sized creamy white head. Aroma is dank and floral, with loads of tropical fruit and citrus. Flavor mirrors this, with a cat-box dankness, mango, peach, grapefruit, piney hops, and some malt sweetness for balance. Doesn’t taste boozy, despite the alcohol content. Very drinkable and flavorful IPA. This is one of the best Minnesota-made IPAs/DIPAs I’ve tasted!

12oz can pours an opaque black with some thin, off white head. Meaty nose, mild smoke, roasted mushroom, toast, some black tea, some molasses, some burnt caramel. Flavor follows, some more gristy notes, mild rye lurking, black pepper, burnt caramel, molasses, toast, mild smoke. A little sausage fat in the flavor. Full bodied, dry finish.

All Pints North, 2013. Hazy gold color. Quite a bit of bitter hops in this, some banana is there as well as the sweet wheat. The hops give it is a spicy quality that is unusual in a hefeweizen, but works well.

Winterfest 2012. Black of course, and dry grain. Medium palate. Highly drinkable as a session beer. Not a lot going on, like the typical dry stout, but good for what it is.

Winterfest 2012. The aroma is dry and herbal. Flavor is dry also, with bitterness. Red in color, and I can pick up the juniper. Fairly simple, but good.
