Minnesota Trip Beer #123. Keg at the brewpub, 5/10/16. Clear copper, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of raisin, toffee. The taste is raisin, toffee, chocolate, caramel, mild nuts. Medium bodied refreshing, well balanced.

Minnesota Trip Beer #122. Keg at the brewpub, 5/10/16. Clear pale golden, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of grassy hops, apricot, pale malt. The taste is citrus, apricot, pale malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

On tap at the brewery. Pours are clear deep burnt orange/amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of bourbon and sweet grains with caramel and a light raisin supporting. Flavor has a nice bourbon note that pairs well with caramel and sweet grain notes that are supported by raisins.

Draft at the source. Cloudy golden yellow color, see pic please. Aroma of kiwi and suntan lotion. Coconut is much cleaner on the taste with a good helping of kiwi. Interesting.
