The chalkboard stated "Vanilla with cocoa nibs," so I am adding this as a new beer. Cask pulled, lots of foam and it took the bartender some extra time to pour. Black of course. It took a minute or for the foam to settle. Aroma has vanilla with roasted malt. Great flavor, vanilla, light roast, and chocolate are all there.

Tap at Dangerous Man. Not much here. A gold colored beer with some Belgian yeast, which is actually distinguishable in the flavor and aroma. On the light side, and dry.

Winterfest 2015. I really like Dangerous Man, but I a can only laugh when I heard people paid $20 for a bottle of this beer. Low flavor, like a cream ale, tequila and grain flavors that do not blend well at all. It seems that cream ale is turning into a trend as as base beer for all sorts of treatments, and I hope this comes to an end soon. Some dry oak in the finish.

Winterfest 2015. I did not care for this very much. Light roast, some hops, which are bitter and dry. A little oily on the palate, and flavor seems a little messy with too much alcohol. ok.

Winterfest 2015. Brown color. Some red wine aroma and flavor, with the wine really drying the tripel out. Dry finish. Some oak is there.
