Roast and some dark chocolate. Nice pungent musk to it. Black pour without much head or lacing. Bitter end. Good mix overall, and pleasant drinking.

Rich mango and tangerine. Pours murky orange with good head and lacing. Some tang and some peel. A little heavy on the candied marmalade for me. Bitter, tangy and sweet finish with some booze. Tap at brewery.

Decent kolsch, easy drinking and good for style. Good raw barley. Golden pour without much head. Snappy crisp finish. Tap at brewery.

Charcoal and french press coffee nose. Black, medium tan head, good lace. Charred oak, mulberries, but not super sweet or fruity. Very toasty. Medium body, soft carbonation. Less Belgian character than I expected. Enjoyable.

Sample from 2017 Virginia Craft Brewers Fest, Charlottesville. Pours pale gold, hazy. Aroma is garbage water, light ginger. Flavor is grass, trash water, ginger. Yuck, to be honest.
