Flasche (33 cl) von der „Wurst & Bier“ 2016 in Berlin. - Goldbraun, trüb, fast schaumlos. - In der Nase aromatische fruchtige IPA-Hopfensorten: Mango, Maracuja, Anklänge an Nadelwald. - Antrunk weich und aromatisch hopfig mit Mango, Aprikosenmarmelade und Harz auf süßem Karamelmalz. Mild rezent, weich im Mund. Verhältnismäßig milder aber schön hopfenaromatischer Abgang. - Weiches, rundes IPA mit fruchtig-süßer Tendenz. Ideal für IPA-Einsteiger.

Yeasty, wheat-malty and mildly citrus-fruity aroma with notes of bubblegum, traces of honey and spicy hints. Moderately sweet and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty, slightly bubblegummy wheaty taste with notes of flowers, honey and a mildly spicy edge; moderately sweet and slightly acidic honey-fruity and delicately peppery finish. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Initially delicately sweet toast-malty taste with notes of caramel, subtle fruity accents; increasing level of hop bitterness towards the resiny finish. 14.II.16

Almost juicy fruity hoppy aroma with lighter resiny accents, including notes of pineapples, peach and grapefruit, accompanied by a mildly toasted malty background. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a modest carbonation. Dry-ish malt character with hints of caramel, present fruity and resiny hops, including exotic flavours, yeasty, slightly phenolic background; bitter-sweet and quite well-rounded finish. Draft at Castle Pub. Hazy deep amber brown color, tan head. Aroma of summer fruit and toasted caramel. Taste starts fruity, slightly sweet, nice malt, but bitter hoppiness in the finish. Nice.

Draft at Castle Pub. Very dark brown color, almost black, brown head. Nice aroma of roasty pine needles. Taste has burnt espresso, dark unsweetend cocoa, fresh pine. A proper CDA.
