Nitro: Poured a orange with off creamy. As advertised a vanilla and orange a little weird mix. Taste is very vanilla with orange punch, sweet creamy.

[1/30/16] Bottle sample at the Encomium bottle share, after RateBeer Best awards ceremony at Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel in Santa Rosa. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Dark brown. Caramel, chocolate, nuts, sweet, roast.

Bottle. Hotel tasting post earthquake. Dark clear brown color, tan head. Aroma of earthy coffee grounds. Taste has coffee, cocoa, light body. Nice.

Draft at the source on release day. Cloudy straw color, bright white head. Aroma of peppery hay. Taste has black pepper, light spice, citrus, straw. Tasty.
