On tap at Fairhope, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a spicy, earthy, piney hop character, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has a bit of diacetyl, light spicy and piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt with a hint of sweetness. Needs fixing but it's not too egregious.

On tap at Fairhope, pours a cloudy darkish pink with a small white head. Aroma is full of lacto, with tart cherries and jamminess. Flavour is full of jammy cherries, light sweetness, lighter tartness, and a lacto base. Simple but tasty enough for what it is.

On tap at Fairhope, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out gentle coffee and a touch of sugars — very timid. Flavour is soft, with a light earthy coffee roast and low-level residual sugars. Very delicate but pleasant and clean. Decent.

Flavour is full of jalape�o flavour without too much spice — that's actually impressive how immersive the pepper flavour is without the intense spiciness. Surprisingly nice.
