Draft: Poured a dark brown with beige head. Aroma is a bubblegum fruit nose. Nice smooth maltiness throughout, with Belgian yeast and dark fruit characteristics. This is definitely a hybrid style.

Draft @ tap room: Poured with a dark brown core that opened to orange brown edges, head was beige. Aroma is nice roasty malt and some light cocoa. Taste comes in sweet with sugars candy, cocoa chocolate and malt flow into a spicy chilly alcohol warm finish. Sweet and spicy works very well and hides the almost 9% abv.

Draft @ tap room: Poured an amber color with a off white head. Aroma is malty and grain. Taste is a smooth drinking beer with a mix of fruit and sweet super malty.

Draft @ tap room: Poured a clear golden with white ring head. Aroma is soapy, citrus, yeast. Nice bitter floral hops hit you up front and linger, light yeast esters, and grassy finish. My palate see is more as a hybrid IPA than a saison.
