Bottle: Poured a brown to black with bubble carbonation head. Aroma is tart fruits and malt, nice oak woodiness lingers in the nose. The taste is woodsy, oak, tart dark fruit and malts, acidic. I’m torn now between sharing my other bottle on my vacation or saving it because this will only get better with a couple years on it.

Draft: Poured a two tone orange with yellow bottom. Aroma is light wood fruit and more. Taste is complex with chardonne fruits. Carbonated just enough.

Pours dark Amber gold with a whit head. Aroma is fruity/earthy. Flavor is earthy, fruity, and rather fresh. Touch of Belgian yeast. Not bitter; not dry.

Tap at the brewpub. Aroma is chocolate. Med body. Flavor is a little Belgian yeast, chocolate, dark malt. Not very bitter, but pretty dry. Very nice porter.

Draft: Poured a hazy yellow that clears as it settles, with white head. Aroma is very clean and crisp, grain. Taste is refreshing with lots of grain that could be awesome on a hot summers day.

Draft: Poured a bright yellow to orange with white head. Aroma is nice floral hops and earthiness. Taste was a strong refreshing blast of floral and fruits, nice malts that keep it balanced.

Draft: Poured a marble brown with a tan head. Aroma was malty with light fruit. Taste started with a light fruit yeast tang, that evolved into the robust malty brown ale finish I am use too. Very interesting beer.

Draft at the source. Clear deep ruby maroon color, tan head. Aroma has mostly roast with an edge of cherry? Not sure why. Taste is fruity roast with an edge of soft sourness.
