Draft. Clear golden body with a frothy, white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of toasted grain, spice, banana. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly tart. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Taste of banana, clove and husky grain. Drinkable, but smells and tastes more like a hefeweizen than a saison. It’s either a passable hefe or a bad saison.

12oz can. Traded with heemer77. Dissipating foamy offwhite-gold. A-soft pine, caramel. T-soft pine hops, caramel-lt/med malt. Easy.

12oz can. Traded with heemer77, thanks Eric. Dissipating tight foamy white head with trailing lace-yellow. A-grassy/hay, slightl swwet garin. T-balanced grassy/hay hops, sweet grain/lt malt. Nice. 3.3 Dont let it warm up...it falters as seems to happen a lot for the style.
