Pour is a brown with a than tan head. Aroma is roasted nuts bakers chocolate and a bit of coffee. Flavor is more of the coffee with a little roasted nut left on the tongue. A little thin around the edges but this was more flavorful than thought it would be.

Pour is a dark but clear brown with a large tan head. Aroma is a rich malt with some toffee and caramel. Flavor is toasted malt with some chocolate and coffee but what came out of left field was the whiskey left on the tongue after the swallow. Probably some Scotch malt thrown in there gave this a unique flavor. Nice beer that got more interesting as it warmed up.

Taster pour on tap at Tapped, Maplewood. Appearance is weird pour--almost all head, 3 fingers, beige--clear brown, no discernible sparkle, trace lacing. Aroma is difficult due to the size of the head but some caramel and nut. Taste is subtle earth, bready malt, light chocolate. subtle. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, frothy carbonation, finish as taste. Overall, aroma and flavor are subtle and not complex. Fair. I think the taps are set too carbonated today. 3.5 3.6

Pour is a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma is a slightly sweet honey and nit much else. Flavor is a pretty decent amount of honey with the accompanying sweetness. It's not a overpowering sweetness but just enough to give this a syrupy feel. Not much of a wheat malt came out but there is plenty of honey.
