SaMpled from the tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has an earthy grass note with hay, straw and a hint of apricot supporting. Flavor is grassy to the point of a slight plastic note with apricot and straw underlying.

12oz bottle. Unfiltered yellow body. Attractive, thick white head. Soft on the palate, sessionable. Not really fitting into any true style designation...sort of a Wit, sort of a Grisette, sort of a White IPA. The apricot is well integrated, thankfully not thick or extract feeling. Kind of an oddball beer, but fits right in the rest of the Door County gang. OK.

12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Wauwatosa. Hazy orange amber, large foamy off-white head, decent retention. Aroma of lime, cactus, grapefruit, pale malt. The taste is pine, lime, white grape, grapefruit, mildly toasted pale malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness. Solid.

12oz bottle. Whereas the dryhopped version of at Isthmus Beer and Cheese fest was World Class, this one is rather mediocre and tame. Lacks just that little extra bit of umph in the hop department. Drinkable still, just a little too lackluster to make me want to pick up it up repeatedly.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy yellow, tiny white floaties, thin creamy offwhite head, good retention. Aroma of yeast, bubblegum, pale malt. The taste is plum, yeast, pale malt, mint, bubblegum, citrus. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2016. Pours a cloudy light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light fruits, grass, Belgian yeast and straw backing. Flavor has a good amount of sweet grains with bread and Belgian yeast supporting.

12 ounce bottle at Beans and Barley. Dark reddish brown, thin fizzy brown head, good retention. Aroma of vanilla bean, roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, lactose. Taste is chocolate, roast, coffee, vanilla. Medium bodied, high carbonation.

Keg at Whole Foods Wauwatosa. Dark brown, orange highlights, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roasted malt, lactose, nuts, piney hops. Taste is lactose, vanilla, roasted malt, chocolate. Medium bodied, oily, mild lingering bitterness, well balanced. Very nice.

12 ounce bottle, 9/24/16. Dark brown, large fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roasted malts, cherries, cinnamon. The taste is roasted malts, chocolate, honey, mild dark fruits. Thinbodied, high carbonation.
