Not sure they know what pale ales and IPAs are, to be honest. This tasted more like some funky saison than a pale ale, much like the other pale ale of theirs that I tried. Blech.

This tastes a lot more like a saison than an IPA. Pours a hazy, light yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is very fruity, though not citrus fruit. Flavor has the weird sour-chemical taste I associate with saisons. An IPA this ainβt.

Not what I was expecting at all. A dark saison. Aroma had yeast and toasted grain. Flavor is dry, yeast at first, followed by malt flavor that reminds me of a funnel, but not nearly so sweet. Dry, very earthy aftertaste. I liked this. Carbonation is hood, with a tall head.

12oz bottle. Deep unfiltered brown body. I see this as more of a Biere De Garde than a Saison. Heavy, deep brown malt tones, hints of mollases, not as much super sweet as full and rich. Raisins, brownies, saison yeast esters in the aroma. Sort of like a good Belgian Brown at times in malt selection and strength, but a little hefty, clumsy, bland in the mouthfeel. Grew on me as I sipped at it, pretty good.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, medium creamy off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is floral, coriander, wheat. Flavor is quite prominent coriander, floral, orange, anise, medium sweet, minimal bitterness. Too much spice, otherwise not terrible. Light body.

Bottle. I was surprised how good this is. Haxy dark yellow color. Light, airy palate. Dry aroma, yeast, pepper. Dry flavor also, more yeast some spices and moderately hopped. I get under ripe plum in the after taste. Good.

12oz bottle. Medium bodied, easy drinking Milk Stout. The vanilla accentuates the creaminess. Lacto touched sweet creamy chocolate. Not much balance, bitterness. OK, but probably better if not made at Sand Creek.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2015. Pours a hazy gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a nice grass and pine combination with a hint of light fruit. and a grain backbone. Flavor has grass and pine throughout with a grain backbone and a hint of light fruits.
