Pour is a clear yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice yeast with a spicy pepper. Flavor is a real nice citrus with more of the pepper and a big herbal Belgian yeastiness. This was very tasty and a nice saison to sip on.

12oz bottle. Soda like head on of a slightly hazy orange-tan body, a touch of murky grey. Pretty shabby, not sure where they get off acting like it is an authentic quality version. Pretty much tastes like an unrefined Saison of a few years past with some rye in it. Drinkable, fits into the Door County line up well enough. There is some depth here..kind of has a Bierre de Garde thing going on. Grew on me a little as drank it. OK.

Tap at Old Fashioned. Stained glass red-black. Thin, respectable beige/off-white head. Pretty straightforward, medium bodied Porter. Easy toasty chocolate, graham cracker undertones. OK, standard.
