Draft/Fest. A- Straw. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Straw. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Pretty boring. The name keeps making me think it is a beer brewed with pears. No idea why but I think I'd like that more. This pils was not crisp or anything. Just boring.

Draft/Fest. A- Pine, citrus. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Pine, bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Standard by all means. I like the reason behind the beer, but the beer itself I could pass on.

Draft/Fest. A- Straw, bland, corn. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Straw, corn, bland. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Been trying to have this one for a couple years now and finally got it. Definitely did not meet the hype. I guess when you use air popped popcorn it’s naturally going to have no flavor. Really bland.

Draft. A- Smoke, beef jerky. A- Gold color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Smoke, umami. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, smoky finish. O- Good beer. Not too smoke and not much of that ham brine flavor. Well balanced and it’s hard to believe it’s 7%, tastes much lighter. They managed to turn this one out to be a solid brew.

Bottle. A- Grapefruit, tangerine, peach, mango, tropical fruit, juicy, mild dankness. A- Golden orange color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Medium bitterness, tropical fruits, juicy, slightly grassy, subtle caramel. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- This is hands down the best IPA brewed in the state, maybe one of the best beers overall even. I don’t care for hoppy beers but this was a big juicy delicious one. Up there with some of the best I’ve had from anywhere. Helps it utilizes my two favorite hops. Juicy and balanced. Wish I could get this out to more people to try and rate.

Bottle. A- Caramel, honey, sugar cookies, brown sugar, toasted marshmallow, mild pine. A- Copper brown color, clearliquid, beige head. T- Caramel, mild pine, subtle oak, brown sugar, slightly sweet. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not going as far as saying it’s infected but there certainly seemed to be a chemical imbalance here. Some green apple/candied gummy apples on the nose and palate. Just not the best.
