Keg at the brewery, 1/20/24. Clear red, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of toffee, resin. Taste is caramel, toffee, toast, piney hop, stone fruit. Warming, well balanced.

Keg at the brewery, 1/20/24. 18th beer of the trip. Deep red and hazy with ruby highlights. Thin head, average retention. Aroma of roast malt. Taste is roasted malt, nuts, coffee. Slick and almost buttery.

Draft/Fest. A- Chilies, caramel, faint sweetness. A- Dark copper color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Medium heat, cinnamon, chilies. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly spicy finish. O- All things considered, as many different peppers that are in this beer, I thought it would be all heat. They are a medium spicy and flavorful with a faint roasty and smoke note coming from them. The cinnamon is also present. Actually not too bad, but still not for me.
