Sampler @ the brewpub. Sweet, sweet, delicious, almost honey hops all over the place... I love them. This is my type of DIPA, not bitter but sweet bubblegum candied hops, love it. Slightly sticky mouthfeel just adds to the beer, so nice. Malts playing a backing role fitting well into the structure of the sweet-hopcentric beer.

Sample @ the brewpub. To style, dry, herbal, low sugars and definite English yeast character. Its like a dry leaf maltiness. Orange/goldencopper color, very hazy, medium clarity. Short dry finish with a bit extra hop kick bitterness lingering around. So, that’s a little different for the style but works well.

Shaker pint draft at the brewpub in Columbia, Missouri. Pour is an amber, brown golden with an off white head that lasts a bit. Aroma is very malty, quite sweet and a black cherry fruit sort of way. A bit in the back of the nose is some mineral earthiness. Taste is the sweet fruit malt, transitioning to a dry mineral finish. Palate is medium, a bit on the lower end of carbonation, easy drinking. This was clean, and very straight forward. Well made, a bit on the sweet side for my personal taste, but nice.

Shaker pint pour at the brewpub in Columbia, Missouri. Pour is a slight hazed golden with a smallish white head. Aroma is a really fresh mix of wheat grain, bright lemon citrus, and a nice full clove yeastiness. Taste follows the nose nicely, with the nice resin and wheat grain blending into the citrus freshness and mild bitterness and closing out with the clove yeast. Palate is medium bodied, quite full mouth feel. Crisp clean finish, nice Saison.
