GTMW 2023. something went wrong with this beer or with the specific keg. almost no hop character, light malt flavor but not getting the hops at all. disappointing.

16oz can. A little fruity, ale like. Decent enough malt depth, but not so defined for the style. Caramel richness. Not all the way cleaned up bodywise. Drinkable beer, but not that impressive.

20oz mug at the brewery. A little soapy, sweet, heavy for they style. Still enjoyable enough, some pleasant dryish noble hop character gives it some balance. Sort of more a Pale Lager feel if that makes any sense. OK.

Pint can from Ridgeview Liquor, 10/29/22. Dark red, large pink head, poor retention. Aroma of sweet elderberry, mild coriander and lemon. Taste is pepper, elderberry, leaves. Mild tartness. Solid.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is yeasty funk with some lemon hops. Flavor is again a big lemon hop with lots of yeasty funk. Pretty much a Dupont clone, just a little thinner mouthfeel.

Pint can thanks to Drake! My can says 8.6%. WI brewery #65. Hazy orange with a soft off-white head. Nose is orange, stale hops, pine, caramel, dish sponge. Flavor is spruce, pine, orange peel, caramel, resin, almost a light spice. Definitely past its freshness date, but the spruce here is quite nice.

Pint can from Total Wine Brookfield, 9/26/21. Hazy orange, large frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of dank, grapefruit. Taste is grapefruit, pine, citrus. Juicy. Seems old, and I just got it a week ago.

On tap at GTOM as “Traditional Gose”. Pours a cloudy yellow white frothy white head. The aroma is sea salt, pepper, dough. Thin body, wheat, lemon, dough, watery finish, decent.
